The day after Thanksgiving is a day to relax, unwind, and be thankful that all the food that we didn’t each yesterday is still in the fridge ready to be eaten today. The day after Thanksgiving is also giving fans of the Half Life 2 series something else to be thankful for with the release of a new Half Life 2 mod which takes place in Toronto and stars our bespectacled hero Gordon Freeman who has been accidentally teleported to our neighbors in the North by another one of Dr. Kleiner’s teleport accidents. In City 7, formerly known as Toronto, Gordon Freeman will have to escape and evade Combine forces while trying to locate a way back to the fight at City 17.  The game, which features 2-3 hours of gameplay,  has been developed by members of the Game Design Program at George Brown College in Toronto which can quite possibly be called the best homework assignment and most unique travelogue ever constructed at the same time.
