
Now this next bit of news will please you Trophy whores on the Playstation 3: DICE have announced that Trophy support will be coming to Battlefield: Bad Company in the very near future.
In the latest update over at Bad Company’s official website, developers DICE have outlined future updates that should be happening to Bad Company in the very near future. They are now hard at work on a new map pack based on the maps the community, voted for on the official website.
DICE commented that they do in fact listen to the community on the forums and because of that have listed the following priority fixes that will be implemented during the next update. Taken from the website:
“Server Lag – Our #1 priority. The game servers were upgraded last week to improve performance.
Dog Tag Lag – The next update will include a fix for this issue
PS3 VOiP – We are still looking into this issue. Sony’s 2.42 Update should have addressed the majority of issues. Please let us know if you are still experiencing muted sound.”
New enhancements to the gameplay include:
• Removed one-hit kills for knife against Friendlies
• Bullets and knives go through bushes
• After sprinting, you will be able to fire your weapon quicker
• Helicopter can take damage from multiple trees
• Additional minor tweaks to improve gameplay
Last but not least, the pre-order weapon, demo weapon and sign-up weapon will be made available for free to everyone who has the game. Exciting times ahead indeed for Bad Company players on Xbox 360 and PS3.
